The Beauty In Knowledge
Dedicated to: Vanitha Nadaraj

Mountains denuded of trees
Plateaus carved by human hands
Humans seek to be free
To live in Nature’s land
Where am I to go, I ponder
Away from my motherland?
Even the fields spread asunder
With my own two feet here I stand
A picture paints a thousand words
In poetic caption to tell the tale
Even halted at literary crossroads
This picture will set the sail
Not to uncharted waters of destination unseen
Even with a heavy pen between weary fingers
Amidst the misty white clouds and mountain green
I draw with Nature’s hand for memory to linger
